The first time I realized we need to do smith about raising a responsible child was when my then three year old daughter asked me about new dress, and a new toy, another dress, and ….. you get the point. I asked her to go to the backyard and bring some money from the money tree. She ran out through the back door and came back two minutes later: “which one of our trees is a money tree?” she asked. My answer was
” Aha! Exactly my point!”
